This is an Asian Arowana (Scleropages formosus). More commonly known as the “Dragon Fish”, they were recognized as an endangered species in 2006.
A ghost bicycle, is a bike painted white and displayed as a public memorial of a loved one killed on the street while riding their bicycle.
